Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CardSqueeze mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of CardSqueeze, including free and premium subscribers.

Use of the App

CardSqueeze is a personal finance tool that helps you track credit card benefits. You may use the App for tracking your own personal or business card benefits.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the App or its content

Subscriptions and Payments

CardSqueeze offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium is available through monthly or annual subscriptions. Current prices and available offers are displayed in your app store purchase screen before you subscribe.

• Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store)
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You may cancel at any time through your store account settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of your respective app store

Eligible subscribers may be offered a free trial. The purchase screen shows its duration and terms. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription and your payment method will be charged the then-current annual price. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and Google and is generally limited to accounts that have not previously subscribed to CardSqueeze Premium.

Accuracy of Information

CardSqueeze provides benefit information based on publicly available data for the credit cards in our database. While we strive to keep this information accurate and up to date, benefit terms, amounts, and eligibility can change at any time at the discretion of card issuers.

CardSqueeze is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any credit card issuer, bank, or financial institution. Always verify benefit details directly with your card issuer before making financial decisions.

Intellectual Property

CardSqueeze’s original content, design, code, and assets are the property of Havenstone Finance, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CardSqueeze is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

CardSqueeze does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the App should be construed as professional financial guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSqueeze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Tracking and reminders

Benefit tracking depends on your entries. Tracked value does not guarantee financial savings. Reminder delivery depends on permissions, device settings and schedule refreshes; it is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for checking issuer deadlines and eligibility.
