Privacy Policy

Overview

CardSqueeze is operated by Havenstone Finance, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This policy describes information handled through the CardSqueeze mobile app, this website and support communications. CardSqueeze does not require bank credentials, a connected bank account, or a CardSqueeze account.

Cards, benefit history and preferences

Your cards, nicknames, benefit notes, usage history and preferences are stored locally on your device. CardSqueeze does not upload that tracking content to a cloud-sync service. Your operating system may include app data in device backups or transfers, depending on your settings. Do not enter card numbers, passwords or other sensitive credentials in notes or nicknames.

Subscriptions and payments

We use RevenueCat to manage Premium access, verify subscriptions and restore purchases. It processes an app user identifier, purchase and subscription information, entitlement status, and technical information needed to deliver its service. Subscription checks may occur when the app opens.

Apple or Google processes in-app payments. CardSqueeze does not receive your full payment card number or CVV. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and your store’s privacy information.

Benefit reminders

With your permission, CardSqueeze schedules notifications locally on your device. Notifications may contain card or benefit names and countdown information. Your device settings control what appears on the lock screen. These reminders do not require remote push-notification registration.

Usage analytics

Usage analytics is disabled in the current public release. It does not send app usage events to Mixpanel or PostHog. Subscription verification and platform services are separate from usage analytics.

Development and test builds have used analytics services. If you participated in testing and have a question about previously collected data, contact us. Do not enable analytics to make a privacy request. Any future production analytics functionality will be described before it is enabled.

Website visits and external links

Our website is delivered through Cloudflare. Hosting and security services process request information, which may include IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

This website does not include advertising pixels or embedded third-party analytics scripts. Card searches and filters run in your browser; they are not submitted to our server. External links, including app stores and Havenstone Finance tools, lead to services with their own privacy policies.

Support and use of information

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you provide. We use it to answer questions and resolve requests. Our email provider processes these messages. Please do not send bank credentials or full card numbers.

We use information to provide the app and website, manage subscriptions, protect services and provide support. We do not sell personal information or use app data for advertising. We share information with service providers for these purposes and where required by law.

Retention and your choices

Local app data remains until you remove it. In Settings, Clear benefit history removes recorded usage while retaining cards; Delete all cards and history removes both. Device backups may retain separate copies. Uninstalling does not delete provider-held records or cancel a subscription.

Subscription, support and hosting records are retained as needed for their purposes, applicable provider practices and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may need information to locate records and verify your request. We do not promise that every provider record can be deleted immediately; some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes.

Children’s privacy

CardSqueeze is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and address it.

Policy updates

We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide additional notice or seek consent where required. A policy update alone does not enable app analytics.
